Le Pommier, French for 'The Apple Tree', is located in the breathtaking Banhoek Valley, one of the most prized terroirs in the famous Stellenbosch wine region of South Africa. The name recalls the valley's past, once known for its apple orchards. Today, the vines benefit from the steep mountain slopes, diverse soils, and cool climate, which produce wines of exceptional elegance and finesse. The location ensures a slow ripening of the grapes, leading to concentrated aromas and a balanced acid structure.
