The Kleine Zalze MCC Brut Rosé is an elegant sparkling wine from the Stellenbosch region of South Africa. MCC stands for "Méthode Cap Classique" and refers to the traditional bottle fermentation method also used to produce Champagne. This sparkling wine is made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes sourced from selected vineyards. It has a beautiful pale pink colour and a bouquet of fresh red fruit, such as strawberries and raspberries, accompanied by subtle floral notes. On the palate, the Kleine Zalze MCC Brut Rosé is dry and refreshing, with lively acidity and fine bubbles. Flavours of red berries and a hint of citrus round out the taste, leading to a long, pleasant finish.
